History
Strategem Financial Group is the culmination of mergers and successions that have been the cornerstone of Bendigo’s accounting and financial management practices. The evolution of Strategem marks a transition though a number of generations from the firm of Ashman Ralph and Associates, itself a merger between Ashman Iredale Court & Crockford and Every King & Co.
The current corporate licence holder Strategem Investment Services Pty Ltd and its corporate and personal predecessors have been sharebrokers to a large client base (principally in the Central Victorian area) for generations.

We have a number of people dedicated to a “dealing desk” environment so that advice and research is available and transactions can be effected in a timely manner.
A Changing Industry
Whilst industry trends are rapidly changing (largely as a result of technology), our charter is to remain focused on full service broking so as to deliver a combination of personal service advantages and access to advice that builds ultimate value in the client’s portfolio.
Whilst all industries change, and some more rapidly than others, we see our central role as the provider of portfolio advice, not just the provision of “execution” services.
Bendigo Stock Exchange (BSX)
Historically the firm and its predecessors have been members of the local exchange. In recent years we have been active in the re-emergence of the Bendigo Stock Exchange.
The group stand committed to assist Small and Medium Sized Enterprises work through “investment ready” and “listing ready” processes through the private equity and stockmarket services offered by BSX.
